The power supply circuit includes: a power supply module (10), a switch module (20), which is separately connected to the power supply module (10), a terminal device, and the distribution point, and is connected to the distribution point and the terminal device when the distribution point does not need to be supplied with power, and is connected to the power supply module (10) and the distribution point when the distribution point needs to be supplied with power; a control module (30), an isolation module (40) and a service backhaul module (50), which is separately connected to the isolation module (40) and the terminal device, and outputs the external service to the terminal device when the distribution point needs to be supplied with power. The embodiments of the present invention further provide a power supply panel.
