A ratio of a thickness of the upper first electrode to a thickness of the organic light emitting layer in the first light emitting element is 1:3 to 1:4. A ratio of a thickness of the upper first electrode to a thickness of the organic light emitting layer in the second light emitting element is 1:2.5 to 1:3. A ratio of a thickness of the upper first electrode to a thickness of the organic light emitting layer in the third light emitting element is 1:1.5 to 1:2.
