The organic light-emitting illumination apparatus includes: a first flexible substrate; a first electrode disposed on the first flexible substrate and configured to transmit light; an intermediate layer disposed on the first electrode and including a light emission layer; a second electrode disposed on the intermediate layer and configured to transmit light; a second flexible substrate disposed on the second electrode; and a reflector interposed between the second flexible substrate and the second electrode to correspond to a first region of the second flexible substrate.
