Provided are a channel detection method, terminal and system, the method comprising: when an access point allows a station associated therewith to use a dynamic channel detection threshold, the associated station collects detection information (101); according to the detection information, the associated station determines whether to use the dynamic channel detection threshold to conduct channel detection (102).
