The XML data feed may provide for reporting of condition codes associated with a deposit. The condition codes may correspond to one or more attributes of a deposit packaged by a client. The condition codes may be submitted by the client. The condition codes may be verified when a deposit is processed by a vault. Illustrative condition codes may correspond to: armored courier ID, envelope status, counterfeit status. The XML data feed may utilize dynamic online, rule-based forms for clients, banks, armored couriers and vaults.
