The dynamic instance hosting service re-directing system may include a spatial information controller configured to determine whether an instance of an Internet of Things (IoT) device is movable based on spatial information of the IoT device using an instance hosting function; and an instance resource controller configured to manage available instance resources associated with the IoT device and an external service for an instance movement of the IoT device.
