The color filter substrate comprises: a first substrate, and a first electrode, an organic electroluminescence layer and a second electrode sequentially provided on the first substrate. The color filter substrate further comprises: a first protective layer, provided on the second electrode and covering the second electrode and the organic electroluminescence layer below the second electrode; and a first connection electrode, provided on the first protective layer and connected to the second electrode.
