The first bracket assembly is configured to releasably engage a door handle and includes a first member, a second member, and a third member. The first member has a first leg and a second leg. The second member is configured to releasably engage the first leg and the second leg of the first member. The third member is configured to threadably engage the first leg and the second leg of the first member, and is configured to releasably engage the second member. The graphics panel is configured to releasably engage the first bracket assembly.
