The spray tip has a fluid outlet aperture, and the pump is disposed to pump fluid from the fluid source out the fluid outlet aperture. The outlet check valve is disposed between the pump and the spray tip, and includes a sealing element, a seat, and a polymer housing. The seat is aligned to receive the sealing element, and the polymer housing is overmolded about the seat.
