The comparators compare a voltage level of an input signal with each threshold level to generate and output a comparison result signal. The detection circuit detects a change in the comparison result signal and outputs a detection signal. The trigger signal output circuit outputs a trigger signal when a predetermined time has elapsed. The delayed control signal output circuit outputs a delayed control signal indicating a value of the control signal. The delayed comparison result signal output circuit outputs a delayed comparison result signal indicating the value of the comparison result signal. The circuit outputs a voltage level signal indicating a voltage level of the input signal. The control circuit outputs the control signal.
