In the image display apparatus, the two scanning lines have two different phases for the two-dimensional scanning for a first time and the two-dimensional scanning for a second time, respectively. In the image display apparatus, the two scanning lines have two different starting points for the two-dimensional scanning for a first time and the two-dimensional scanning for a second time, respectively.
