A slitter scorer wherein a pair of rotating drive shafts (SA, SB) and roll heads (HA, HB) each secured onto respective said rotating drive shafts in an opposing position are provided and sheets fed between said roll heads are processed, a head replacing device is provided, wherein a plurality of pairs of shafts for holding heads (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b), having diameters equal to those of said pair of rotating drive shafts (SA, SB) and capable of being disposed concentrically on the extensions thereof, head replacing means (8, 9, 10) to replace said plurality of pairs of shafts for holding heads, roll heads (Ha, Hb) held on said shafts for holding heads, and transfer means (4, 11 to 15) to transfer roll heads in the axial direction are provided and roll heads (HA, HB) on said rotating drive shafts are replaced with roll heads (Ha, Hb) on said shafts for holding heads by sliding them on said rotating drive shafts (SA, SB) and said shafts for holding heads (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b) respectively.
