An arrangement for attaching an element (10; 22) having a cylindrical part (11; 23) to a body (12; 21) having a hole (13) into which the cylindrical part can be axially inserted. Either the cylindrical part (11; 23) or the body (12; 21) has a ring-groove (14) in which there is placed a toroidal helical spring (15) whose dimensions are such as to prevent axial movement of the cylindrical part (11; 23) in the hole (13). When the spring turns are forced to one side by rotation of the cylindrical part (11; 23), the turns are accomodated in the ring-groove (14) and therewith allow the cylindrical part (11; 23) to move axially in the hole (13).
