A broaching machine provided at the front end portion of a driving shaft (3) with a first fitting part (10) engaged with one end portion of a broach shaft (25b), and a clamp means (10g) for tightening and fixing this end portion of the broach shaft, and at the front end portion of a support shaft (4) with a second fitting part (4a) engaged with the other end portion of the broach shaft (25b) and axially movable, the second-mentioned end portion of the broach shaft (25b) being rotatable with respect to a broach shaft body (25). A broaching machine in which a presser piece (41) engaged with a tightening bolt (40) screwed to a broaching tool body (31), and passed as a whole through an elongated bore (33b) in a holder (33) is turned so as to be engaged with the holder, the tightening bolt (40) being then tightened so as to fix the holder (33) to the broaching tool body (31), the holder (33) being provided with a stopper (41) for controlling the presser piece (41) in a position in which the presser piece (41) is aligned with the elongated bore (33b) in the holder (33).
