The described cap construction includes a funnel surface (76) for directing fluid for discharge whereby dispensing of substantially all of the fluid from the container (10) is insured. Appropriate sealing structure (78) prevents contamination of the contained liquid and use of the living hinge (50) uncomplicatedly prevents interference by the closure cover (48) with liquid as it is dispensed.
