Abstract:
The invention features a method for priming a hard metal surface (12), in particular bare or coated steel, characterised in that it consists of applying, continuously and with a determined pressure on the hard metal surface (12), a woven yarn fabric (11) made of fibres or threads and comprising a structure corresponding to the roughness required on the said hard metal surface (12). The invention also features a device for implementing the method.
