Abstract:
Retroreflecting sheet has reflecting element layer composed of multiple reflecting elements, holder layer and surface protective layer provided over reflecting element layer. Printed layer is provided on reflecting surfaces of reflecting elements, between holder layer and surface protective layer or on surface protective layer and has printed area where repetitive pattern of printed pattern units the area of each of which is 0.15-30 mm2> is formed discontinuously.
