The present invention relates to a system for providing motion-screen based on body perception which is comprising of a sensor for sensing whether the user is taking a seat; a controlling section for calculating motion time by means of taking a seat of the user when the user takes a seat, and for abstracting multimedia data in response to the motion time; and an outputting apparatus for outputting the abstracted multimedia data. When the user performs a computer work or a business work, the present invention has an effect for protecting a mental and physical disorder of the user, an occupational disease, a stress, an amblyopia, and the like, by means of providing a motion-screen each predetermined time by calculating the motion time of the user.
