The invention concerns a safe for storing objects, comprising a fixed part (2) and a mobile part (3) mounted moveable, relative to the fixed part (2), between a maximum open position providing access inside the safe (1) and a closed position wherein said mobile part (3) prevents access to the inside of the safe. The safe further comprises a control unit (10) for activating a bolt (5) into a locking position or into an unlocking position when sensing means (7) detect that the mobile part (3) is in its maximum open position or in its closed position.
