A scooter which has a front wheel which is pivotal between a ground-engaging position and a storage position. The wheel is held at each position by means of a pin which engages with a respective notch in a component which pivots with the wheel. The pin is releasable, to allow the wheel to be pivoted, by simultaneously moving a brake pedal upwardly and an interlock member downwardly.
