The invention relates to temperature monitoring in a machine comprising a rotating cylinder (01) and at least one roller (18, 19) which rotates with said cylinder and which scans a plate (07, 08). The machine is provided with at least one temperature sensor (12, 13) for detecting the temperature of the roller.
