A micro-prism plate for reflecting solar rays comprises a plurality of column micro-prisms provided on one surface in parallel. The cross section of each column micro-prism is an isosceles triangle with the vertex angle of 90 degree and the base angle of 45 degree. A control means for adjusting the micro-prism plates comprises a reversible motor, a plurality of drive wheels and a holding frame for holding the micro-prism plates. The drive wheels comprising belt pulleys or gears are connected with the output shaft of the reversible motor and the pivot shafts of the micro-prism plates to drive the micro-plates synchronously rotated. The control means further comprises a sensor system so as to rotate the pivot shafts of the micro-prism plates or keep the micro-prism plates immovable depending upon the projecting location of the solar projector on the solar cell.
