Apparatus for dispensing fibres comprising a dispensing drum rotatably mounted within a housing, the housing having a fibre inlet and a fibre outlet, and a fibre feed hopper mounted on the housing and in communication with the fibre inlet, wherein the dispensing drum has a plurality of dispensing brushes mounted thereon.
