Disclosed is a closed type waste water treatment apparatus. The apparatus includes a barrel, a plurality of filters installed within the barrel, and one or more ultrasonic vibrators. The ultrasonic filters are installed to extend through some of all of the filters within the barrel so as to apply ultrasonic vibration within the spaces between the filters. With this arrangement, it is possible to arrange one or more ultrasonic vibrators with a simple construction in a closed typewaste water treatment apparatus. In addition, even if one or more rotors are employed, the combined arrangement of ultrasonic vibrators can be simply implemented.
