Abstract:
A flashlight (20) with a folding knife (50). When opened, the knife (50) extends out of the light (24) end of the flashlight (20). When closed, the knife (50) is centered between two sets of batteries (90), providing balance for the flashlight (20). The flashlight (20) is put in the open configuration from the closed configuration by rotating the knife (50) about an axis.
