The apparatus for collecting solar energy includes a solar cell module for a roof having the above-described construction, a electric conversion device connected to a solar panel, a heat sink control part for driving the cooling means when a temperature sensed by the sensor exceeds a specified temperature, and a heat recovery part for recovering heat energy from the heated cooling fluid.
