A profiled-section metal stud for a supporting structure of a panel wall has a pair of parallel uninterrupted longitudinal slits open on each side of application of facing blind or transparent panels and eventual wall and window frames on the wall. Each slit is apt to forcibly receive through a snap-on action, and to retain a salient rib provided with a mushroom or arrow tip shaped crest of one or at least two parallel coupling bars extending for the whole linear dimension of a panel or frame, either applied to or incorporated on the coupling surface of a panel or frame to be secured on one side or on the other of the supporting structure.
