This present invention relates to a handrail with a UV LED light device which prevents negligent accidents by performing a guide light function in an emergency and disinfects a handle continuously by performing an antibacterial function. In a specific configuration of the prevent invention, the handrail with the UV LED device is comprised of lower base (12), upper base (14), support plate (16), LED module (18), controller (20), and cover (22). The lower base is fixed to a support stand (S) at a certain height from the bottom. An aperture is formed by cutting the upper part of the lower base in a longitudinal direction. The upper base is assembled to cover the upper side of a longitudinal direction while paring with the lower base and includes a plurality of holes (h). The support plate is fixed along the longitudinal direction inside the lower base. The LED module is fixed in the support plate and emits light by the applied power. The controller controls the power to the LED module. The cover is embossed to help the diffusion or dispersion of the UV rays passing through the hole formed in the upper plate. According to this configuration, the UV rays are stably emitted through the LED module, the emitted rays have a disinfecting effect on the surface in contact with a user and defects like damage or breakdown are easily repaired by replacement through the assembly structure.
