The non-realtime service processing method of the broadcasting receiver comprises: a step for receiving first and second signaling information tables, wherein the second signaling information table includes announcement information; a step for detecting whether or not the signaling information included in the first signaling information table overlaps and whether or not the announcement information included in the second signaling information table overlaps; a step for obtaining not only the signaling information by processing the received first signaling information table if the signaling information of the first signaling information table does not overlap but also the announcement information by processing the received second signaling information table if the announcement information of the second signaling information table does not overlap; and a step for receiving and processing non-realtime service data based on the obtained signaling information and announcement information.
