Abstract:
Flame deposition of Anti-Reflective coating at relatively low temperature are both durable and have excellent AR properties. Refractive index in the range 1.25 to 1.40. Coating mixture contains coating precursor, oxidant (e.g. air) and optionally comburant (hydrocarbon or hydrogen to generate higher temperature flame) and/or carrier gas in specified ratio.
