According to one embodiment of the present invention, an anastomotic device comprises: a first holder for holding a first anastomotic ring; a second holder for holding a second anastomotic ring; a first guide bar which is connected to the first holder, and which switches between an adjacent position, in which the first and second holders are adjacent to each other, and a separated position, in which the first and second holders are spaced apart from each other, and which has a first guide groove; a second guide bar which is connected to the second holder, and which switches between an adjacent position, in which the first and second holders are adjacent to each other, and a separated position, in which the first and second holders are spaced apart from each other, and which has a second guide groove; a first guide shaft which is inserted into the first guide groove to move relatively along the first guide groove; and a second guide shaft which is inserted into the second guide groove to move relatively along the second guide groove.
