Abstract:
The invention relates to a tandem pump for a motor vehicle, comprising a first pump and a second pump, which can be driven individually or together by an electric motor. A switchable coupling is arranged between the two pumps, by means of which the second pump can be connected to the first pump in a driving manner if necessary.
