The upper member is connected to the blades (53) and is disposed close to the upper surface of the support plate (2) when the vessel (50) is positioned thereon. The vessel includes a bearing element (55) below the above-mentioned base (56) of the container (51), intended to rest on the support plate (2). According to the invention, the friction coefficient of the bearing element (55) in relation to the support plate (2) is sufficiently low to allow the sliding and self-centring of the cooking vessel (50) under the force of the lower magnetic coupling member (5).
