Abstract:
The object of the invention is a sliding guide shoe and also an elevator provided with the aforementioned sliding guide shoe. The sliding guide shoe comprises at least a body part (1), which comprises at least a slide pad space (la) for a slide pad (2) as well as at least one fixing part (lb) for fixing the sliding guide shoe to its base. The body part (1) is essentially the same in its cross- sectional profile throughout its whole length.
