Abstract:
A system, apparatus and methods for communication, navigation, surveillance, rescue, recovery and restitution, whereby a cross-section of diverse communities are served simultaneously, without interference of the service-suite of one community with that of another, with economy of resources and with minimal exposure to harmful radiation are described. More particularly, one such suite further adapted for serving a community of visually impaired persons is described.
