The adhesive layer includes a main adhesive layer adhering to the seed, and adhesion enhancing particles dispersed in the main adhesive layer. Meanwhile, the apparatus for fabricating an ingot includes a crucible receiving a raw material, and a seed holder fixing a seed on the raw material, in which a buffer layer is formed on the seed holder.
