Abstract:
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer kristallinen Solarzelle, insbesondere einer Silizium-Solarzelle, die in und auf einem Halbleitersubstrat mit einer aufgebrachten Passivierungs- bzw. Antireflexschicht gebildet ist und eine ein Metall enthaltende Kontaktschicht aufweist, wobei die Kontaktschicht nach Entfernung der Passivierungs- bzw. Antireflexschicht und/oder nach Dotierung einer Oberflächenschicht des Halbleitersubstrats zur Reduzierung eines Kontaktwiderstands durch Sprüh-Abscheidung von reinem Metall aus einer über dem Halbleitersubstrat platzierten und dort aufgeschmolzenen Metallfolie gebildet wird.
