Abstract:
According to the present invention, a method for multistage control of a flow control valve using a DC motor comprises a sleeve which is opened and closed according to the rotation of a DC motor such that a flow rate is adjusted. Provided is a method for multistage control of a flow control valve, wherein: in order to schedule, by stages, an angular speed value of a DC motor which is determined according to a driving voltage applied to said DC motor, an angular speed-limiting area of said DC motor, in accordance with each stage, is divided on the basis of a plurality of boundary values (SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4...); and the flow control valve is controlled such that the DC motor is rotated with a determined angular speed value according to an angular speed command (Sn) of the corresponding DC motor within one angular speed-limiting area, wherein if the angular speed value of the DC motor is out of the range of a boundary value (SPn) of the corresponding angular speed-limiting area, the flow control valve is controlled such that the DC motor is rotated with the determined angular speed value until the DC motor is out of the range of a boundary value (SPn+1) of the corresponding limiting area according to an angular speed command (Sn+1) of the corresponding DC motor within an angular speed-limiting area of a next stage.
