The invention also comprises a fixing element (1) provided for setting the part (2) in it, characterised in that said fixing element (1) has on its inner surface facing said part (2) at least one preliminarily sheared rib (11), said fixing element preferably being a pivot housing (1), a fixing element of an automotive seat, a shock absorber or a bumper.
