At least one corresponding frame beam (11) is interposed between the lower corner edge (6, 7) of one or both of the panel (2) and the laminar element (3) and the corresponding appendage (8, 9) of the hole (10) opening into the top of the building, and at least one specific component of the type of a hinge (12) is interposed between the mutually incident upper corner edges (4, 5).
