Electrically conductive main terminals protrude from the base and are spaced apart from each other and from the communication terminal. The main terminals are arcuate shaped and form arcs of a reference ring the center of which is a rotational axis of the electrical device. The communication terminal is disposed within the reference ring. Also featured is a controller device.
