Abstract:
加硫工程での加熱によるコード強力の低下を抑制することができるスチールコードおよびゴム製品の製造方法を提供する。スチールコード１が、芯ストランド２の外周面に複数本の側ストランド３を撚り合わせたストランド構造であり、芯ストランド２の外周面が不織布または樹脂フィルムからなる緩衝材４により覆われていて、このスチールコード１が未加硫ゴム部材に埋設されたゴム成形体を、緩衝材４の融点以上の温度で加硫する。
