Described is a safety disc comprising a foil element (3) having a thickness (s) of between 15 μπι and 1 mm and at least one non-through cut (2) having a width (L) less than or equal to 200 μπι, such that the ratio between width (L) and depth (H) is less than or equal to 2 and that the angle of penetration (a) of the cut is less than 90°.
