A luminaire 150 having a housing 102 defining one or more unthreaded mounting holes 124 therein, a connector 108 having a head and a shaft, the connector shaft located at least partially in one of the one or more mounting holes 124, the connector shaft comprised of a pliable material, a circuit board 104 mounted to the housing 102 by the connector head, the circuit board 104 populated with one or more LEDs 106, and a lens 110 resting against and spaced from the circuit board by the connector head.
