Abstract:
刃具の破損検出装置は、コールドヘッダー機（１）用の切断刃（５）の破損を検出する刃具の破損検出装置である。この刃具の破損検出装置は、切断刃（５）による切断時に発生する振動に基づく信号を発生させる検出部（７）と、検出部（７）において発生した信号に基づいて切断刃（５）の破損の有無を判定する判定部（１０）とを備えている。
