Abstract:
A rigid package (1) for tobacco articles having: a container (2); a single inner wrap (3) which encloses a group of tobacco articles, is housed on the inside of the container (2) and has a size that is smaller than the size of the container (2); a lid (5) which is hinged to the container (2); a collar (12), which is arranged on the inside of the container (2) to project partly outwards; and a filling element (17), which is arranged on the inside of the container (2), is coupled to the inner wrap (3), consists of a blank (27) that is folded and glued onto itself, and compensates for the smaller size of the inner wrap (3) compared to the size of the container (2); the filling element (17) has a tubular body (19), which can be deformed in a flat configuration, in which the tubular body (19) has a flat shape, and in an expanded configuration, in which the tubular body (19) has a parallelepiped shape.
