The first circuitry may be operable to establish an index that is to identify a parameter, wherein the parameter is associated with Multi-user Superposition Transmission (MUST) from the eNB to a first UE configured as a Near UE and a second UE configured as a Far UE. The second circuitry may be operable to generate a Downlink Control Information (DCI) including the index, the DCI for transmission to at least one of the first UE or the second UE.
