A mouthguard system includes an upper mouthguard assembly configured to be positionable about a maxilla of a user; a lower mouthguard assembly configured to be positionable about a mandible of the user; and one or more stabilizer systems configured to align the upper mouthguard assembly with the lower mouthguard assembly.
