The apparatus generally including a processing system configured to generate a first frame including an indication of whether resources are available to be shared with a first one or more wireless nodes, where the apparatus is part of a first basic service set and the first one or more wireless nodes are part of one or more second basic service sets, and a first interface configured to output the first frame for transmission.
