Abstract:
This paper provided a method for manufacturing hard solar cells, which comprising graphene oxide and titan mixture, using a printing method. This method consisted of manufacturing solar cell printing ink material. The material itself included paint shield solution, positive/negative electrode solution, copper oxide (CU2O) solution, transparent conductive solution, p-type graphene oxide solution and titan mixture, n-type graphene oxide solution and titan mixture, electrolyte crystal solution, graphite solution, aluminium oxide (AI2O3) solution, silver nitrate (AgNO3) solution, and transparent enamel paint. Therefore, solar cell printing ink materials were printed following their pattern and sequence. Nevertheless, the printing process pattern was a hexagonal shape.
